Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for your Function membership. Below is our refund policy:
Conditions for Full Refund:
If you wish to cancel your Function membership and no testing was completed, we offer a full refund within the first two (2) days of the purchase of the applicable membership.
Function will not issue a full refund if you have received lab testing in connection with the membership you wish to cancel and/or if more than two (2) days have elapsed since you purchased the membership.
All Gift purchases are final. No refunds, returns, credits, discounts, or rebates.
Conditions for Partial Refund:
If you wish to cancel your Function membership and either (a) it has been more than two (2) days since you purchased a Function membership, and/or (b) you have received some but not all of the lab tests you purchased via Function, we will refund the cost of those lab tests which have not occurred; however, we cannot refund the cost of any lab tests which have already occurred. In addition, Function does keep the Technology Fee charged as part of your membership if you wish to cancel as described in the previous sentence.
Refund Process:
To cancel your membership or opt out of your renewal, please navigate to my.functionhealth.com/login and locate the orange chat symbol in the bottom right hand corner your platform. From there, select “Manage my Membership” from the list and follow the steps to initiate your cancellation. (If you do not see “Manage My Membership”, please click the home button at the bottom of your chat or exit the chat you are currently in using the back arrow at the top of your chat).
Please note: the form must be complete to request a cancellation at this time. If you are expecting a refund, our team will notify you of any eligible refunds after your form has been received. Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancelation to be processed.
Refund Issuance:
If you are owed a refund, Function will provide it in a timely fashion. Please note: it may take up to 5 days or more to evaluate your refund for approval. Once evaluated, refunds will be processed using the payment method used to pay for the membership being canceled and processed within 10-15 business days of approval.

Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
