Can I share my membership with my partner?

We do not currently offer shareable memberships. Members receive three invites to join Function's early access, which you can give to your partner.

Can I submit my Function membership for reimbursement with my insurance?

Function is an insurance-free membership. Insurance reimbursement is not an option.

Do I have to use my Follow-Up visit tests within the year?

Yes, you must use your Follow-Up tests during each year of your Function membership. These 60+ tests are selected to monitor your health and track any changes. These tests do not carry over to subsequent years. You must schedule and complete them before your annual membership renewal.

Does Function have a referral program?

Yes. As a Function member, you will receive an email with 5 invite codes to give your friends and family early access.

Does Function have an affiliate program?

If you are interested in working with Function as an affiliate, email affiliate@functionhealth.com.

How do I cancel my membership?

While we hate to see you go, Function members are welcome to cancel their membership at anytime. To cancel your membership, please select Manage my Membership within the Live Chat and follow the steps to initiate your cancellation. For any assistance needed please reach out to the Function Concierge.

How do I change personal information associated with my account?

How do I get early access to Function?

Join our waitlist here. If you have a friend who is already a Function member, ask for one of their invites.

How do I schedule a re-test?

Function provides you with access to purchase a re-test for any biomarker you need. Text your concierge to schedule it. If you have access to the dashboard, login and click "Get New Test" to select the test(s) you wish to receive.

How do I schedule an on-demand test?

The Function member's on-demand test menu gives you freedom to test anytime. Login and click "Get New Test" to select a test(s) you wish to receive.

If I cancel my Function membership, can I receive a refund?

You can cancel your Function annual membership anytime. Function does not offer refunds for prior payments.

I'm a Function member. How do I invite a friend to get early access to Function?

Check your Function Home platform for your unique access code to share with family and friends. They can use your personalized access code to skip our waitlist.

What does a Function membership include?

The $499 per year Function membership includes:

What does your Function dashboard do for you?

After your first test, you will receive a dashboard that securely displays your lab tests results over time. The dashboard also includes specific insights from top doctors based on your results. It is designed to help you understand your body and learn what the right decisions are to make for your health. This is also where future Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning features will exist.

Why is Function early access only?

We are currently in beta and plan to launch to the public soon.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Function helps unlock, translate and organize your biological data. We think that information about your health is the most valuable data in the world to you. This is entirely your data and nobody else’s, including ours. You can opt to delete your data anytime you wish. Please know that by deleting it, we will not be able to recover it should you change your mind.
